Carolyn and I  have been  married for 35 years, and we’ve lived in Ash all our married life.  Last year, we toured Western Canada as part of a series of concerts where I performed with a male voice choir and the barbershop quartet in which I sang till recently

Paul is happily married to Annabel  and they are settled in Bristol with their daughters Lucy and Emma, He works as a technical architect  in a local software development firm.

Naomi lives in Guildford and has just passed her law exams to become a solicitor. She has to wait till Autumn 2010 to start her training contract with a firm of London solicitors and is filling in with secretarial work.

Carolyn was very ill for several years and gave up primary school teaching. She’s now well again and we’re able to concentrate on other things.

Carolyn is active in Surrey Heath Liberal Democrats (Vice Chair) and in our local church (St Peter’s) in Ash

Our two children, Paul and Naomi, have grown up and set up their own homes and are doing fine. They're both great friends.

Carolyn and I became grandparents three years ago, and young Lucy has become a very important part of both our lives.

Lucy’s new  sister Emma. Joined their family in August, and is adored by all.
