I worked in Human Resources (HR) for around twelve years, covering policy development, business partner roles, training & development, rewards & benefits,for some of the major corporates.
I then ran my own business for around fifteen years, initially helping some of the major UK charities with their information systems and then running my own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems consultancy.
I went on to work for major business and systems consultancies focusing on business analysis and business change mainly around the implementation of large scale technology projects, particularly for HR.
Having got caught up in the current recession, I’m now working on short to medium term contracts. My current role is in helping to transform the HR systems and processes for a London local authority
