I joined the Young Liberals when I was 13, and was out campaigning on anti-
I served around ten years as a local councillor and became very interested in planning and community development issues.
I decided that I needed to campaign at a Parliamentary level. I wanted to see if I could make an impact at a national level on the issues about which I felt passionately.
I’ve fought General Election campaigns as a Parliamentary Candidate in Bracknell, Woking and Chichester. And as you can see, we had a lot of fun campaigning!
One of my (many!) passions is in helping others to achieve more of their potential and to reach above and beyond their own expectations.
So schools, education and young people are important issues for me
I’ve worked with young people in schools, colleges and universities and encouraged their interest in political issues and campaigning.
In the picture below, I was congratulating the winner of the school General Election debate. And as you’ll see, he had a lot of Liberal Democrat supporters amongst his school mates.
